Biscotti are delicious twice-baked cookies that originated in Italian cuisine centuries ago. The best thing to know about biscotti are that they are one of the EASIEST cookies on the planet to make. Just mix a dough, form into a big loaf, bake, then cut into slices and bake again! How easy is that! Biscotti can be of any length and width you want. So no need for precision when forming your dough loaves or cutting your slices - unless of course you are trying to sell them as a consistent product to the masses! And biscotti can be made in so many flavor combinations, using any kind of nut, fruit, grain and sweet that turns your taste buds.
I have been making Biscotti for years now, but only for special occasions or family gatherings. Never in my wildest dreams did I EVER think I would be making biscotti for a living. It is not only a great business venture to get into (such a great niche product), but it is such a full-filling business, because I LOVE to Bake and I LOVE to Eat Cookies! I hope you visit my online bakery and see some of the selections that I have so far created. Like an artist or chef, I continually come up with new recipes all the time, trying new flavors and ingredients that maybe one would never think to try in a cookie. It is truly a wonderful experience, and I know that, no matter how successful this is as a business for me, I will always have a LOVE for making BISCOTTI. Ciao! - S L Curcio

Who Else Wants to Learn How to Write A Blog? - From the Blank Page (or Computer Screen), Where Do I Go From Here?
I’m starting a baking business and I want to get the word out. You know, Advertise! So how can I do this? How can I get my business advertised without breaking the bank? I am on a very limited budget and want to use online media to get some publicity. One way to get free publicity is to write a blog. So, I’ll write a blog!
Ok, so how do I even begin to write a blog? I am not exactly the best writer in the world, nor expert in the ways of internet blogging. I need some advice. So I start “Googling” – and look at other posts from other bloggers. And I come across some sites that give advice on how to write a great blog:
• How to Write Killer Blog Posts and More Compelling Comments by BL Ochman (FrugalMarketing.com)
• How to Write Good Blog Post: An Introduction by Rajeev Edmonds (MintBlogger.com)
• How to Write A Blog Post by Neil Patel (Quicksprout.com)
• 10 Sure-Fire Headline Formulas That Work by Brian Clark (Copyblogger.com)
These guys really have some wonderful ideas on just how to write the best blog posts to get them noticed online. And here is my first attempt at writing a blog: writing about how I have gone about learning to write a great blog. I still have lots more to learn, I know. But with more research, practice and experience I know I can start writing great blogs in no time! - SL Curcio
